Effective 12 October 2026. Your project stays on your phone; this notice says what a request holds and your rights.
Who is responsible
RIOS ARQUITECTOS Y CONSTRUCTORES S.A.S. (NIT 901.914.519-1, Cámara de Comercio Aburrá Sur, Sabaneta, Antioquia) publishes this app and this notice and is the data controller for what it receives from you. Questions and requests: riosarquitectosyconstructores@gmail.com or +57 304 579 0165.
What this notice covers
The Android app Rios Finishes Takeoff and its website, including the room and request tools on the website. Both work without an account.
What the app does
It keeps your rooms and finishes, counts the quantities and writes a request for a visit and a quote to Rios. It has no internet permission.
What the app stores on your phone
The project's name and location, each room with its measurements, doors and windows, the finish of each surface and notes, the finishes with their coverage and waste, your name, phone and email for requests, and the requests you confirmed as sent.
Your rooms
They stay on your phone until you delete them. The app sends nothing by itself.
Finishes and quantities
The quantities are counted on the phone from what you enter; nobody else sees them until you send a request.
What a request holds
Your name, phone and email, the project's name and location, each room with its measurements, openings and finishes, the estimated quantities, when Rios can visit and your note.
How a request is sent
Through apps you choose on your phone: the share sheet (for example WhatsApp), your email app, or a phone call. Those apps handle the message under their own terms. The app asks afterwards whether you sent it and records it only if you say yes.
What Rios does with a request
It uses the request and your contact details to arrange the visit, prepare the quote and do the work you approve, keeps them only as long as that and the law require, and then deletes them.
No accounts, tracking or advertising
There is no sign-in, no payment, no analytics, no advertising identifier, no crash reporting to a server and no cookies on the website.
Permissions
The app asks for no permission and has no internet access.
Sensitive data
The app never asks for sensitive data (Ley 1581 de 2012 art. 5). Do not write any in notes.
Security
The app's data stays in its private storage on the phone. Android backups of the app are switched off. No server copy exists.
Keeping and deleting
Your project and requests stay until you delete them; uninstalling removes everything the app stored.
Your rights
Under Ley 1581 de 2012 art. 8 you may know, update and correct your data; ask for proof of the authorisation you gave; be told how your data has been used; complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) once you have made a query or claim to us; revoke the authorisation or ask for deletion when the law allows; and access your data free of charge.
Queries and claims
Write to riosarquitectosyconstructores@gmail.com or call +57 304 579 0165. Queries are answered within 10 working days, extendable once by 5 (art. 14). Claims are answered within 15 working days, extendable once by 8 (art. 15); if a claim is incomplete, we ask you within 5 working days to complete it, and if it is not completed within 2 months it is considered withdrawn. Before going to the SIC you must first make the query or claim to us (art. 16).
Changes to this notice
Effective 12 October 2026. If this notice changes, the app and the website show the new date and what changed.
